saxifrage had a membership to Charles River Canoe & Kayak, which was kind of cool -- she just showed up and took out a boat whenever she wanted. Which might work better with a bicycle, but you can only canoe where they have boats, which is various points along the Charles.
I've had a bunch of people be vaguely interested, so I'll probably send something out to the obvious mailing lists in the spring. :D
